This interactive presentation will provide an interesting and engaging discussion of the advantages of obtaining patent protection for your products and innovations, when you may want to consider obtaining a trademark for your company or product name, and how to make the most of licensing your technology. The discussion will include highlights of legal issues surrounding obtaining patent protection, strategies of intellectual property licensing, typical contract issues surrounding the licensing of technology, and how to utilize these strategies in maximizing the value of your intellectual property.
