Ed Schroeder is a McHenry County Native with over 25 years providing manufacturers with technical and business expertise and solutions.
Recently Mr. Schroeder was Chief Operations Officer for the Krez Group leading the Continuous Improvement Effort. As Vice President of Operations for Fryer Company, provided expertise and guidance to business operations. For Bridgeport Machines headed up Global Engineering as Vice President of Engineering and was General Manager of their Harig Surface Grinder products.
Working his way up, Ed earned his hands-on manufacturing experience, running machines and completing a Tool and Die Apprenticeship. He has worked as a manufacturing engineer, design engineer and a foreman rounding out the hands-on experience.
Ed earned his MBA from University of Dallas and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinios University. He completed a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and APICS training.
